Four Leaf is a boutique woman-owned1, public relations practice. We are small by choice in order to deliver the highest quality service and attention to you, and we only accept clients for which we can truly make a difference. Our programs are customized for each individual client and blend the most innovative strategies with real-world and results-oriented activities.

We custom build your team. Our model is your advantage. Our virtual structure – retaining only the most seasoned, results-oriented PR independent practitioners based on the project’s requirements – allow for the greatest flexibility and value. An extensive roster of senior counselors, creative agencies, graphic designers, web designers, research companies, and others ensures a one-stop solution to your public relations needs.

We are flexible. At Four Leaf, we are committed to helping you. We determine what you need and provide programs that are economical and efficient—whether that’s a fully executed campaign, a 3 month positioning and messaging project, or a few hours of general consulting. We are comfortable supplementing your public relations team, or taking on that role entirely. It’s up to you.

We stay in touch. As a boutique agency, we have eliminated the layers of administrators and client managers. You work directly with a top-level public relations expert who answers your calls, addresses your questions, and executes the plans.

Diane Johnson
Diane Johnson has worked with Four Leaf on a number of finance, technology and non-profit accounts. Diane’s specialty is enhancing positive perception and increasing recognition for her clients through her ability to develop communication strategies, media messaging and corporate positioning; securing media placements in key targeted print and broadcast media; arranging speaker bookings at prestigious industry conferences, and managing critical strategic partner relationships. Diane's depth of experience includes working with Fortune 500 companies in network communications, telecommunications, e-commerce, transportation and energy, as well as with smaller companies in a broad array of businesses. Diane is principal of DTJ.Org Public Relations & Marketing.

Caroline March-Long
In her work with Four Leaf, Caroline March-Long draws on more than 10 years’ experience in promoting products and services with business and trade media, especially in the technology and environmental arenas. She has promoted technology related to telecommunications, utilities, health care, transportation, B2B/e-commerce and GIS. As a former journalist, Caroline is able to describe complex information in layman’s terms. She also understands a reporter’s need to find a good angle, and is expert at producing appealing news releases, white papers, press tours, and coordinating trade show appearances and speaking engagements. During the Internet boom, Caroline led numerous PR campaigns to help build and shape companies in anticipation of their IPOs. Before becoming a consultant, Caroline worked in senior management at some of Atlanta’s top PR agencies in Atlanta, handling accounts such as Scientific-Atlanta, a leading broadband equipment manufacturer and producer of digital set-top technology.

Debbi Mayster
Debbi Mayster is a public relations professional that brings to Four Leaf extensive expertise in the strategic planning and execution of marketing and communications programs for commercial and non-profit organizations. She has more than 10 years experience providing guidance on an organization’s most important communication matters and executing programs that are results-oriented and objectives-based. Debbi has displayed exceptional skills in media management and strives to ensure press coverage is consistently positive. She has generated story placements that have secured millions of media impressions in major media outlets including The New York Times, The Washington Post, USA Today, Investor’s Business Daily, CNN, Bloomberg, CNET, Chicago Tribune, Los Angeles Times, Associated Press, Reuters, and numerous other media outlets.

Christine Louise Hohlbaum
Christine Louise Hohlbaum is a Munich, Germany-based Four Leaf consultant with more than a decade’s experience in marketing and PR, working extensively in North America and Europe. With a specialty in key messaging and intercultural communication, Christine communicates her clients’ messages concisely and precisely to the media, no matter the situation. She has garnered placements for clients in major publications such as Woman's World, Brandweek, Redbook, Shape magazine, New York Times and Los Angeles Times as well as WebMD and MSNBC.com. Parallel to her PR work, Christine acts as a resource partner for a German media training company in Munich that works on media messaging with boards of directors at Deutsche Bank, Siemens, E.On, Adidas and more. Christine has a B.A. from Smith College, Northampton, Massachusetts, USA, in Political Science and German Literature. From the University of Constance, Germany, she obtained her combined master's degree in International Relations, German and English Literature.


 

Suzanne E. Henry
President, Four Leaf Public Relations LLC

Suzanne E. Henry is an award-winning public relations consultant and president of Four Leaf Public Relations. Suzanne’s extensive experience with CEOs and senior managers within various industries and markets, ensures all Four Leaf programs are objectives-based, results-oriented, and real world.

Suzanne’s media placements include the Wall Street Journal, The New York Times Sunday business section, the Washington Post, Fox Channel 5 and other broadcast outlets, the Los Angeles Times, Red Herring, InfoWorld, USAToday, and other numerous tier-one news outlets. She also has booked speaking engagements, managed community events, and developed strategic partnerships on clients’ behalf.

Prior to launching Four Leaf Public Relations in 1999, Suzanne held senior communications management positions, including national and regional industry associations, an industry coalition, and a government contracting firm.

Suzanne is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), served as co-chair of the Women in Public Relations Committee for PRSA, and a member of the professional development committee for the PRSA Independent Practitioner’s Alliance. She also is a past Chair of the Virginia Piedmont Technology Council (VPTC) and a founding member of the Charlottesville, Virginia-based Fast Company "Company of Friends" chapter. Suzanne also is a former Board member on the American Society of Association Executives' (ASAE) Communications Section Council, and served as a member of the Section's Technology Committee.

She is a frequent guest speaker at various events, including the Charlottesville Chapter of the American Marketing Association, PRSA, Company of Friends, Charlottesville Venture Group, and ASAE.

She won the CEO Award in 2003 from the VPTC for exemplary volunteer involvement.

Suzanne holds a B.A. from Radford University, where she majored in mass communications and minored in English.

Four Leaf believes in hiring the right people for the right job. So, we hire other specially-skilled individuals and companies when the job calls for it. Several strategies employed in PR campaigns include research, media training and other specialties. We bring in these skills to supplement Four Leaf campaigns when required.
